1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the 499 bet platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

This agreement defines the legal relationship between 499 bet and users in Bangladesh. If any clause is unclear or you have questions, please contact our support team before opening an account on the site.

In these terms, "platform", "site" and "service" refer to the overall operations of 499 bet's website and mobile application. "Member" or "you" refers to all registered users.

2 Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration — name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details. 499 bet reserves the right to close an account if incorrect or false information is provided.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

If deposit or withdrawal amounts exceed a certain limit, or whenever deemed necessary, 499 bet may request identity verification from a member. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

3 Age and Eligibility

The minimum age to use 499 bet's services is 21 years. If a member is found to be under 21 years of age upon verifying the date of birth provided at registration, their account will be closed immediately.

• You must be a permanent resident of Bangladesh.
• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• You must use a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your own name.

If any of the above conditions are not met, 499 bet reserves the right to close the account and cancel transactions at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Three mobile banking services can be used for deposits and withdrawals at 499 bet: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
• The mobile banking account used at the time of deposit must be registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Review

In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 499 bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the necessary verification is completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus offer at 499 bet is subject to specific conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable wagering requirements are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning if the bonus is ৳1,000, you must place ৳15,000 in bets. A bonus is not cash — it becomes withdrawable only after the conditions for its use are fulfilled.

5.2 General Conditions for Other Bonuses

• More than one bonus cannot be active on a single account at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The wagering on a previous bonus must be completed before claiming a new bonus.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• 499 bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

499 bet offers sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, fishing games, and crash games. Each category has its own rules in effect.

6.1 Betting Conditions

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error occurs in the relevant event. 499 bet reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical issues.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Bonus abuse — taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Collusion or working with other members to produce artificial results.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

7 Account Suspension and Closure

In any of the following circumstances, 499 bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of an age requirement violation being found.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Being involved in bonus fraud or other fraudulent activity.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Breaching the security of the platform.

If an account is closed, 499 bet will consider returning the balance; however, in cases of the violations described in section 7, the balance may be forfeited.

8 Data Privacy

9 Limitation of Liability

499 bet makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service; however, 499 bet will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by issues with the member's own device or internet connection.
• If a member's account credentials are disclosed to another person and a loss results from this.

10 Responsible Gaming

499 bet believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. Every member should avoid betting beyond their means.

• Do not treat gambling as a source of income.
• Do not place more bets to recover losses.
• Do not bet under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• If needed, contact the support team to request a temporary account suspension.

11 Changes to Terms

499 bet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Accessing the site after a change has been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If a member does not accept the revised terms, they may request that their account be closed. In this case, any outstanding balance (provided no active bonus is present) will be returned through the appropriate process.
